「Great place and just about half a block from Playa Ropa. Staff was very helpful. The room was awesome with nice views from the balcony. I'd stay here again.」

「Great boutique hotel to stay at in Playa la Ropa. Rooms were huge with a nice lounge area and came with AC for the hot humid Zihua days」

「Todo perfecto lo recomiendo」

「We could have wonderful time in Cala de Mar in December 2017. It was the second time to stay this hotel and was called Capella last time. The second stay was also great in spite of its name and operation were changed. We really want to return here even though it takes more than 20 hours from our city, Tokyo. The design and architecture if this hotel is awesome. All of staff were also incredible. Especially Jorge and Laura always made our days. We like Mexico very much and recommend this...

「Loved it. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Will be back. 」

「La habitación muy limpia y excelente servicio」

「El complejo esta muy bien cuidado」

「We wished we could have stayed longer and we'll definitely be back. Thanks Alex and crew!」

We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

「Las habitaciones cómodas, las albercas les falta mantenimiento y las toallas de baño ya muy desgastadas」

「Me encantó!」

「Staff was extremely helpful on makin my stay worth staying there...」

「This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. Also, the hotel online...

「No bar ! Room didn’t look over beach but it was a beautiful view from. the pool and the deck 」
