「We arrived the tv in the room didn’t work we were told it was due to a storm but later found out it was the control box. That was it left to our own devices no sorry we were told free drinks were offered but we didn’t receive anything. At breakfast there wasn’t enough room so again left to our own devices to find seating in the cold bar. We were asked at breakfast if the room needed service or a drink we said service but got neither. All in all the staff could do better. 」

「高速道路からかなり離れており、ナビゲーターなしでは、探すのに苦労します。ホテルは古城ホテルの雰囲気を伝え、特に環境が素晴らしかったです。敷地は広大で、野生の鹿が多数棲息し、鷹やミミズクを飼育しているほか、敷地内の池、沼には水鳥が泳ぎ、芝生のいたるところにうさぎが跳ねています。食事、サービスは行き届いていますが、ホテルの部屋の設備は今一つで、冷蔵庫がなく、またバスタブにお湯をいれるのにかなりの時間がかかりました。鍵を部屋の内側からかけられないため、夜9時半を回ってから、ベッドメーキングにハウスキーピングの係りがカギを開けて入って来て、時差ボケで早寝をしていたため、びっくりしました。」

「Lovely and peaceful accommodation, very clean on arrival and well equipped. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at booking again.」

「There wasn’t much variety in the menu and the specials were the same over the three days. Also we thought it was a little expensive. I thought it was b & b only to find out when we arrived it wasn’t.」

「Perfect for 4 people. Plenty of living space including a large kitchen area! Beds all super comfy too! And the hot tub is just the best!!」
