Pool, Whirlpool und Saune bieten einen großartigen Raum zur Entspannung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern, also ist man versorgt. "Isolated. Have to walk up a Hill for 30 minutes with luggage. First supermarkt is in another village. ( Marzabotto ) We walked for 40 minutes to buy Some food and water. We booked and payed for 3 nights but left afther 1 night. Never met te owner in person, only spoke through whats app. The studio is really nice and okay and nature surronding has beauty but there is nothing you can do with it. There is nothing there. You need a car and that should be very clear when you book!"

"Beginnend von der freundlichen Begrüßung durch Davide , der Vermieter, haben er und sein Vater uns mit Tipps und bei Fragen super betreut. Wir waren als Familie ( 11 Personen) im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Nochmals vielen Dank an Davide und seinen Vater."

"What a wonderful property. The staff is most excellent, very helpful, and worked well with us and our very broken Italian. The property is clean and bright and the restaurant is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Excellent place. Smells really good and it is very clean. The breakfast and breakfast lady are awesome. Very sweet. The front desk girl is equally kind and sweet. The view of front courtyard is stunning. The view of the mountains is really relaxing. Nice pool but I couldn't use it because of my work schedule. The interior architecture is amazing and the room is very roomy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink which is not my favorite but it has a top shelf and a side table to place your toiletries which is nice. The bed is comfortable enough. I have a special mattress at home so it is hard to compare. The AC temperature can't be controlled by guests which it could be a challenge for some but Italians normally don't use a lot of AC. Not an issue for me because it helped me getting up in the morning. I would must definitely stay in this hotel again and refer to friends and family. "

"The home was charming, clean and host was wonderful! The views were amazing! The drive to get there was intense. If you’re uncomfortable with narrow, winding roads, this property is not recommended. We would have loved this property as an authentic Tuscan experience. If you want to immerse yourself in the everyday country culture this is the place! Unfortunately, due to multiple airline delays we were 3 days behind in travel plans so decided it made more sense for us to avoid the 1.5 hour drive return from a Florence day trip so left a day early. This was no fault of host or property, just unfortunate logistics. "
