「Chris and Karen met us at the villa and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a few issues with the electricity but once shown how to reset this all was good. The beds were extremely comfortable and the outside area was a delight with the pool set at a very comfortable heat. You will need a car as there are not any shops within walking distance. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially as we arrived on a day when all the shops were shut for a festival!」

「We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house in Loja. Philippa is a very good and sweet hostess, who ensured that we had a wonderful holiday. The weather let us down occasionally, but we were able to enjoy a nice warm jacuzzi. The house and garden was very clean and well cared for. We will definitely come back!」

「A beautiful house, in a stunning location. Definitely need a car. The house accommodated 11 people well, with plenty of space. The pool was fantastic, but deep. Alan and his wife next door were very friendly and accommodating. Great communication with owner prior to arrival.」

「Two families travelled together, the property was exactly as advertised, large, well equipped and in a rural location. Don’t be confused with nearest beach being on the coast as this was not the case, to get to the sea it was a 45 minute drive. It was extremely hot when we were there and although all rooms were equipped with fans the bedrooms may have benefited from having air con, however having said that mosquito nets at the window meant you could leave shutters and windows open all night....

「Fantastischer Blick in die Landschaft. Leider gab es sehr vile Ameisen (auch im Bett) und Vespen auf der Veranda. Wegen der Wasserknappheit gab es öfter kein fließendes Wasser. Der Vorratstank hat nur bedingt Abhilfe geschaffen. Etwas mehr Schatten auf der Veranda wäre schön gewesen.」

「Lots of space, great pool, comfy house, peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape. The house is a traditional farm house and doesn't have a lot of modern comforts, but it's perfect for a comfy, peaceful escape from the modern world We had a comfortable and happy stay, the pool is a highlight, it was great and we had a lot of fun there. It is a bit remote, there is a nearby service station with some limited food and drink options if you're desperate, but you will need to drive to explore....

「The property was large and accommodated us all easily. The location is perfect with amazing views from all around the property. The swimming pool is large and the terrace big enough to have lots of sunbeds and space. We loved eating on the terrace in the evening watching the sun go down over the mountain and the lights come on in all of the little villages. Check in was easy and the owners were always available via email. We had a wonderful family holiday with 3 generations of our family joining...
