Mediocre at best

We began with a nice room facing Mt.Chimborazo, but the WiFi didn’t work in that room. After complaining, we were moved into a huge room that had an adjoining room with a fireplace (no wood) and a nice seating area that we were unable to use. The WiFi worked OK but we scheduled breakfast for 7am to catch a bus to Aluasi but no one was there when we came for breakfast, so we skipped it and made our bus deadline. Overall the hotel was OK, considering we were the only guests there.

The staff was very helpful and they were exceptional when it came to helping us find things. They even got up early to fix our breakfast for an early departure. I will stay here anytime I am in Riobamba

Poor - uncomfortable and no hot water

Uncomfortable bed - very small for a double. No hot water either in the evening or in the morning. Only guests there - and no food available. Left before breakfast (7am). Free parking available. 15 mins walk into town.
