「Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!」

「Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.」

「Wonderful experience for the whole family. I stayed at Vista del Mar apartment and the view was breathtaking. 「2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. 「The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. 」
