CHECKIN

From 2pm. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost if no guest is leaving — the important thing is to alert us in advance about your schedule to ensure everything is ready.

All guests must send ID until 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering must identify at the doorman — it's safety for all.

Key handover is done in person. Important: Arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee, let us know in advance so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest cost possible. If your check-in is with a code, it's super relaxed, you can arrive anytime.

CHECKOUT

Until 12pm. You can leave until 3pm without additional costs, if no new guest is arriving.

If your stay is with keys, just leave them on the table, unplug the appliances, organize the trash properly and close the door. If you need to store luggage, count on us at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

TRANSPORTATION
