The young lady who checked me in was so gracious and lovely! The hotel is modern and we got a nice view. Anything that we needed was accommodated quickly! I’m so happy I chose this hotel for a quick stay. Their restaurant had high ratings but I didn’t get a chance to try it this time. Next time I will!

Very nice apto, comfortable, beautiful view, close to the bus station ( we had a trip to Sao Paulo next morning at 7:30 am, and in 6 minutes we got there. Good food, good breakfast.

If you look for a place with good logistic, literally walking distance from bus terminal and close to the city airport and public transportation, this is a good choice Very good gym with a view, open 24hrs, not easy ( well, the power was switched after 23:00 but i could work out anyway together with other people), and a pool (day time). Basic but modern room, clean and comfortable, with a kettle, again not so easy to find in brasil. If you look for a long stay to enjoy Rio night and beach life minutes away, you may want a more central location, as the neighborhood is not obviously top rated among the ones in Rio.

This newer hotel was nice to look at but far from the action. My room was updated but things not the cleanest. Toilet flush button was crusted with green and the chair and lounger had stains on it. The name of the hotel is different on the outside so a lot of confusion for pick ups. I fell in there dining area from a bit so stable chair, I have a big bruise and a painful knee from it. I was very disappointed in how that was handled, a comped lunch does not make up for injury and I had to go searching for a manager to discuss it. Workers failed to inform management. The hotel doesn't exchange money so that was disappointing. I wanted the stay to be better but I sadly will choose another hotel next time.

Mala ventilación

La habitación que nos dieron al inicio no tenía el sofá cama preparado para dormir nos cambiaron de habitación a la 1 am . Nosotros llegamos como 12 am pero fue incómodo. Por otro lado la habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventilación natural, las ventanas no abrían y eso nos provocó infección de garganta ya que el aire no se renueva . Al encender el aire acondicionado salía un olor a polvo muy fuerte. El agua de la regadera se estanca por lo que solo es posible tomar dichas cortas. La zona del hotel está bien ya que queda a medio camino entre copacabana y el aeropuerto. La regadera no tiene privacidad , ya que la pared es de vidrio y tiene un persiana que se mueve y estorba. Su mercancía de dulces y chocolates ocupa demasiado espacio de las repisas de la habitación. En la zona del hotel no hay nada cerca, es una zona industrial.

HOSPEDAGEM PARA MARATONA DO RIO

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos: 02 adultos e 2 crianças de 08 e 11 anos. Ficou um pouco apertado pois não desmontamos o sofá cama. Hospedagem otima mas não existe opção de alimentação fora do hotel. Estavamos de carro e o estacionamento é a parte negociado direto com a administração do mesmo. Fizemos pacote de 4 dias e ficou 60,00 e podiamos entrar e sair o dia todo. Fui para correr a maratona do RIO. Fomos a pé para o Aquario e Museu do Amanhã. Vale muito a visita no museu da Marinha na mesma região.Tem para visitação um submarino e um navio de guerra.

Hotel muito confortavel, porém atendimento deixa a desejar. Alguns funcionarios mal educados, amigos que estavam em outro quarto tiveram um problema, na limpeza jogaram um numero de peito da MARATONA DO RIO(felizmente conseguiram fazer a prova e receber medalha), os funcionarios não tentaram resolver, o gerente não atendeu, nem ao menos entrou em contato no outro dia.

Pensa em uma Ingrata Surpresa

Balada à céus abertos na frete do Hotel aos finais de semana! Barulho de musica eletrônica das 20:30 até acreditem às 8:00 da manhã! Não pude dormir ! Além de uma apologia às Grupos LGBTs no Checkin com vários dizeres de de apoio à causa. A explicação do atendente era que toda Rede Accor era parceira da causa . Como nao me identifico, nao me hospedarei mais na rede. Mas só pelo barulho aos finais de de semana acho que ninguém merece este Hotel!

Fiquei uma única noite, fiz o check-in tarde e tinha o intuito de descansar. As 7h ligaram pro meu quarto pra avisar que meu documento tinha ficado lá embaixo. Me acordaram, mas ok. As 8h bateram na porta do meu quarto insistentemente pra saber se havia consumo no frigobar. As 9:30h abriram a porta do meu quarto, entraram, e quando viram que tinha gente, pediram desculpas e saíram. O "nao incomode" estava na porta. Eu só queria um pouco de privacidade e sono de qualidade com meu namorado, e infelizmente nao tivemos. Mas sobre o hotel, bem conservado, limpo e confortável.

Ponto alto para o ótimo atendimento

Boa estadia e atendeu ao que eu precisava para o propósito da viagem. Ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários da recepção e restaurante. Estacionamento próprio e boa localização no centro. Como era carnaval, a rua para acessar o estacionamento estava fechada e inicialmente o segurança do hotel não soube dar as instruções de como acessá-lo. Fui à recepção do hotel e prontamente fui ajudada pelo Alexandre. Aliás, tanto o Alexandre, quanto a outra pessoa que estava ao seu lado no balcão (não me lembro o nome) foram muito gentis e solicitos. Ao explicar que não conseguia acessar a rua para estacionar, o Alexandre saiu e conversou com os fiscais que estavam em frente ao bloqueio pedindo para liberar e então consegui passar. Chegando no quarto, a caixa de água do vaso sanitário não estava enchendo, mas ao informar a recepção nos trocaram de quarto imediatamente. Também resolvido se nenhum problema ou demora. No novo quarto, os travesseiros estavam sem fronha e ao informar a recepção levaram novos travesseiros na mesma hora. De forma geral, mesmo diante dos percalços, tudo foi resolvido sempre com muita gentileza e isso para mim é o mais importante. Percebi que o hotel não é muito bem conservado, inclusive havia mofo no teto e parede, mas não atrapalhou em nada minha estadia de 2 dias. Não usei as áreas de lazer então estas não posso avaliar. Minha única sugestão é que se precisar falar com a recepção, vá direto até lá. Todas as vezes que liguei ninguém atendeu.

Atendimento ruim

Decepcionante na chegada, me colocaram em um quarto horrível, cheirando mal, com a cama baixa. Fui várias vezes a recepção, atendimento lento, iniciativa muito e nada. Tive de entrar em contato com o hotéis.com para conseguir uma troca para outro quarto.
