This hotel is a scam, I checked with the manager to confirm that I would get a refund for checking out early, but I didn't. Don't trust them!!!

Equipe muito solícita e bem preparada, desde a recepção até camareira, único inconveniente foi ter sido acordado no meio da primeira noite por um funcionário batendo na porta, devido a um falso alarme do detector de fumaça, ficamos bem assustados, mas entendemos a situação.

A recepção atende a dois hotéis, Ibis e Mercure, apesar de muitos colaboradores o serviço é muito lento, algus colaboradores são ríspidos e mal treinados, ficam jogando as demandas de um para os outros e não resolvem. Você recebe um e-mail para fazer um pré check-in, ingenuamente preenche todos os dados e chega à recepção e você fornece tudo novamente pois o "sistema" não funciona. Para cadastrar a minha empresa e conseguir a emissão de nota fiscal, foi uma verdadeira epopeia: Pedi para cadastro no Check-in, que como estava cheia, a recepção, compreendi o pedido da atendente e retornei um outro horário. O atendente que estava desocupado, porém com má vontade, questionou porque não fiz no Check-in e porque não eu não deixava para fazer no Check-out. Educadamente expliquei os motivos e pedi para ele fazer mais uma vez. Inacreditavelmente, apesar de eu fornecer todos os dados, o rapaz demorou 40 minutos para fazer um cadastro, com toda indiferença e má vontade. Quando no Check-out, que solicitei a nota fiscal, a colega me disse que ele havia cadastrado errado. Nosso quarto não funcionava o telefone/interfone e não houve um dia sequer de limpeza, sem reclamação. Nós chegávamos do almoço para descansar, o quarto sujo e bagunçado, solicitavamos camareiras e elas só chegavam apos às 17h. E claro, com um serviço muito rápido e ineficiente. Decepcionante.

Na verdade foi uma frustração. Achei o quarto "limpo" porem encardida banheiro aquela batizada basica mas nao limpeza mesmo . Nao tinha cheiro de limpeza as bordas do box estavam sujas as cortinas amassadas e emboloradas. As toalhas manchadas e gastas. E o café bem decepcionante. Cafe da manha pra mim é sempre um momento maravilhoso desta vez nao foi infelizmente

A minha estadia no hotel Mercure foi incrível...tudo muito maravilhoso. O quarto que fiquei era grande com bastante espaço,cama confortável,banheiro limpo e tudo muito cheiroso. Roupas de cama e banho limpas,chuveiro quentinho, ar condicionado maravilhoso...quarto confortável e bastante agradável.As funcionárias da limpeza dos quartos, bastante eficientes e muito simpáticas...estavam presentes todos os dias repondo produtos e toalhas. O hotel no geral, é excelente...muito organizado,silencioso e confortável. Os funcionários da recepção são todos muito educados e atenciosos...sempre prontos pra ajudar no que for necessário. Nota 10 para os funcionários da recepção Clarissa e Rubens... e nota 10 também para as funcionárias do café da manhã Vera e Mel,todos muito educados,gentis e simpáticos. Ameiiiii o café da manhã...muitas variedades e muito organizado. Vários sucos,pães,bolos,frutas,frios,assados e muitos outros.Tudo muito delicioso 😋 e saboroso. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes ❤️
