Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

As instalações são antigas,mas atendeu as nossas necessidades. Todos os funcionários são muito educados. A limpeza também esteve de acordo com o que esperávamos. Um ponto bem positivo foi a ducha. Hotel antigo, mas limpo e confortável. Camas confortáveis, frigobar e ar gelando, banheiro espaçoso. Peca por uma ou outra falta de manutenção, itens velhos e quebrados e café da manhã fraco. Porém tem ótima localização. Realmente, como todos dizem, o wi-fi é mto ruim. Equipe atenciosa, educada, simpática e prestativa.

Fiquei no 11º andar, Wi-Fi muito ruim, fraco, o hotel deveria ter pontos de repetidores em todos os andares, mas o sinal somente é bom na recepção do hotel. A TV também poderia ter canais a mais para o entretenimento dos hospedes, contratar um pacote básico com uma operadora, pois só tinham apenas 10 canais dos chamados aberto, sendo a maioria daqueles canais que ninguém gosta, tipo TV Senado, etc!
