The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

Terrível No check in teve gente que ficou mais de 3hr, teve barraco, ambiente sujo, o quarto não tinha NADA a ver com o superluxo que peguei, ferro não tinha, tentava ligar pra recepção e NENHUM canal atendia, o ambiente parece um bordel, todo escuro, toalhas tão desgastadas que estava até transparente, coberta também não existe, só um lençol zinho fino que já fica na cama, são tantas camadas….

Roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, colchão confortável e chuveiro excelente. Amenidades de hiena pessoal (sabonetes e shampoo/condicionador). Poderia ter frigobar. Boa academia! Restaurante de excelente custo x benefício para almoço ou jantar. O chão do quarto não estava bem limpo mesmo após limpeza diária, pois havia poeira/areia embaixo da mesa de trabalho e poltrona. Cortina com pontos de sujeira.

O ar condicionado do quarto era extremamente fraco; o quarto ja estava sujo quando cheguei e seguiu sujo nos dias subsequentes, mesmo com o serviço de quarto (apenas trocaram os jogos de banho); a acustica é ruim e ouvimos barulho de porta a noite toda. O estacionamento é bem caro tambem. O café da manhã é satisfatório

Quarto horrível! Como pode ser isso um hotel 4 estrelas? Não tinha toalhas de banho ou de rosto. O tapete do banheiro estava bem Velho na hora de aposentar é virar pano de limpeza para mecânica. A cortina blackout estava toda gasta e com furos. Absurdo manter algo assim em uso. Estava pronta para jogar fora. Ar condicionado barulhento, limpeza geral a desejar.P Rio de Janeiro é 127V por padrão, mas no quarto do hotel só tinha tomadas 220V. Pintura descascando em vários pontos. Banheiro com muitos sinais de desgaste e com necessidade de troca de louça sanitária. Jantar caro (R$ 60/pessoa) para a qualidade do que entrega. Carne ressecada, massa reservada, areia parecia requentado, café da manhã mais ou menos. A região do hotel é típica de centro antigo com arredores feios, pichados e presença de pessoas suspeitas e muitos botecos para quem gosta da vida noturna. Nao tem estacionamento e nem piscina. Nao daria duas estrelas para o hotel. Nunca mais volto lá!
