The staff is very friendly, they give free drinks between 6pm to 7pm, there are some bars around not far away, very close to ipanema beach for a walk

Che lagarto was very good stay for the price and the prime location near the beach and 2 party hostels. I had to change rooms but no big deal.. The bed was comfy, the bathrooms were fairly clean but I think they could be cleaner. Erika was really nice and caring volunteer, she made an amazing breakfast buffet for the morning. I only stayed one night but I would recommend this hostel anytime.

Awesome vibe, great staff. I stayed in the private room. I do recommend the hostel to solo travelers as the staff makes sure to relay events allowing guests to meet and go out. Daily happy hour free Caipirinhas.

Péssima experiência

Paguei o café da manhã na hora da reserva e não me deixaram comer 7h30, pois começava 8h, sendo que a mesa já estava servida. Disseram que me serveriam um prato para não estragar a mesa, fiquei esperando até 7h50 e não me trouxeram. Tinha que estar às 8h no trabalho, então fui embora pois iria me atrasar demais. A estrutura do Hostel não é nada parecida com as fotos. Está super deterriorada, a limpeza não é boa, barulho a noite toda pois fazem festa a noite, o quarto uma bagunça, o banheiro sujo e precário, atendente fumando em cima de você enquanto tu tenta fazer a refeição no espaço minúsculo da recepção onde quase todas as mesas ficam na calçada. Foi uma péssima escolha ter ido para um hostel.

A equipe do hostel é muito gentil e atenciosa, a localização é boa e a cama confortável. Gostei da opção de cadeira grátis na praia que eles oferecem em dois quiosques! Todo dia também há happy hour com caipirinha e socialização da galera. O café da manhã tem um bom custo benefício, com opções de pães, frios e frutas. Há maleiro para guardar a mala gratuitamente antes ou depois do check in. Os pontos a melhorar são da infraestrutura do prédio, pois há vazamentos de água nos corredores.

Tive uma estadia muito agradável no hostel e gostaria de destacar a limpeza impecável do local — desde os ambientes comuns até os quartos, tudo sempre muito organizado. As roupas de cama estavam super limpas e cheirosas, o que fez toda a diferença para o meu conforto. Os funcionários também merecem elogios: sempre gentis, atenciosos e de bom humor, o que cria um clima acolhedor e leve. Gostei bastante da estrutura e da proposta do hostel, que tem um astral ótimo. O ambiente é jovem, descontraído e bem cuidado, o que tornou minha experiência ainda melhor. Apenas como sugestão construtiva, notei que, em alguns momentos, a forma de comunicação da (acredito que seja) gerente poderia ser um pouco mais delicada, especialmente com a equipe. Apesar de ser uma pessoa simpática, algumas falas soaram ríspidas, o que destoa um pouco do clima amigável do lugar. No geral, foi uma excelente experiência e voltaria com certeza. Espero que o feedback seja recebido com carinho, pois é um lugar com muito potencial e já acerta em muitos pontos importantes.

E mt bom.maa banheiro principalmente misto tem que dar uma olhada nas travas. Como num quarto misto o banheiro nao tem trava? Falta espelho nos quartos que sao pequenos. Mas em si e um local muito bons.com orimos funcionários. Vibe boa w ótima localização.
