The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

Lagune Barra Hotel
The hotel was nice from the minute we stepped in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The amenities were great, especially the bar in the pool area. Everything was so clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Lots of noise and chaos, the room is incredibly small, the A/C you couldn’t regulate it was a straight freezer in there with no proper bed sheets to cover yourself at all. The breakfast was subpar.
