This charming summer house, which has been a beloved retreat for families and friends since 1985, was modernized in 2007. This 76-square-meter home offers a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience.



The summer house features three cozy bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Two pets are also welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the vacation together.



The location is ideal—just 500 meters from the lively center of Søndervig and the waves of the North Sea, making it easy to experience both the charm of the town and the beauty of nature. The summer house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and tranquility during your stay.



The well-equipped bathroom has everything you need for comfort and convenience, including a toilet, shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating. After a day full of beach activities, you can treat yourself to a session in the house's sauna.



The open kitchen-dining area serves as the natural gathering point for the house's guests. Here you will find modern amenities such as an oven, 4 ceramic cooktops, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave, making meal preparation easy and convenient.



The spacious living room invites relaxation with a large, comfortable sofa and a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere. Large windows facing the terrace fill the room with natural light and offer a refreshing view of the scenic surroundings. For entertainment, there is a television with satellite TV offering German channels.
