「My 8yr old son and I were in town for one night and needed a place to stay. Found the Blank Slate bus and jumped on it, AFTER reading all of the details. We could not have had more fun! Everything was tidy and clean. Having most of our camping supplies, we were over prepared. Once we got settled in for the night, it was all we needed. Waking up in a forest but only a few miles from civilization was a plus.Could not recommend more! It was lovely.」

「Overall, great stay!!! Pre-stay communication was spot-on with the info provided. Not that the hosts could do anything about it, but the weather was spectacular. Proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding. The cabin itself is well appointed and cozy. It has a great variety of kitchen ware, I did not need anything extra with a 3 night stay and making all my food there at the cabin. The bed was so comfortable (downstairs) and the tub was a treat. 「Wonderful house, great stay. So peaceful with gorgeous views, deer everywhere. House has absolutely everything you need and the arcade games and air hockey were so fun. We were staying for a wedding at the state park and it was convenient for family to come in and out and the bride to get ready. Lots of folks in and out and never felt crowded. 「Tyler's weekend "wee" treat was an adorable little tiny house that was the perfect stay for a few nights. The tiny house looked exactly like the photos, and was on a very quiet dead-end road. It was a beautiful drive to get here! Since I was in the area for work, a basic kitchen and solid Wi-Fi were must-haves, and the tiny house did not disappoint. I was by myself, but you could comfortably fit two people. I'll be looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in town! 」

「This is the sweetest little lake house. Very beautiful and quiet. We need to come back when we can just sit on the deck and enjoy the space. The house had plenty of linens, coffee and some cute little gifts. The bed was very comfortable. The shower does make a loud noise when you turn it on. But nice hot water. 」
