「Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. 「I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next...

The jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the water was the perfect way to relax after a day full of excursions. Inside, the villa offered 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an extra full cabana bathroom right on the terrace — super convenient! We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again.」
