In summer, our waters tend to lay flat and are good for swimming and lounging. In winter, it's all about surfing; one of Rincon's best waves is literally in our backyard. A beach with year-round calm waters is just a 6-8 minute drive. A short walk to restaurants, including the world-famous beachfront spot Tamboo.

Great View - right on Sandy Beach!

Awesome location right on the Beach and the views are beyond what we expected. We had a great time just sitting on the balcony watching the surfers all day long. The water was a bit rough when we arrived but the next day, it was calm and soooo warm. The local surf shop (Mango Surf Shop), down the road was great to pick up anything you needed for the beach and Java shop (Jakes Java) right across the street was super convenient for a nice smoothie, coffee and refreshing Açaí bowls. We also had lunch at a local bar down the road (Big Kahuna Bar & Restaurant). The food was typical bar food with an island twist and everything we had was delicious! Staff was also super friendly. Would definitely visit this area again.

Paradise!

The absolute best location if you’re staying in Rincón. Right on Sandy Beach, close to everything. The property was clean and spacious, plenty of amenities provided and communication with the owner was excellent. Would recommend!

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our unit was exactly as promised online. It was well furnished with a location that couldn't be beat. A few minor maintenance issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. We rented for thirty days so there were a couple of things that a shorter-term guest might have let pass, ie no dishwasher.

Nice, clean, convenient property directly on the beach. We enjoyed having drinks on the outdoor balcony. Short walk to a parking lot set-up on Sandy Beach where you can rent boogie and surfboards, visit a small surf shop, and several coffee spots and restaurants. Definitely need to rent car to/from the airport, and so you can visit other close by beaches, sites, and surrounding restaurants. Only complaint we had was a bit of an unsightly cosmetic repair that needed to be done in the master bath shower, but this did compromise the function of the bath, and nor would it deter us from renting again!

Great place for a family beach vacation. AC unit went out in the middle of our trip but the host made it right by offering us the unit next door while unit was being replaced. AC only in bedrooms not main living room/kitchen. Pool is very small but the beach/ocean was the main attraction.

Great Location

Great place and location. Condo had everything we needed and the view from the balcony can not be beat. We ended up being there during Hurricane Fiona but still enjoyed our stay. Condo had a generator so we had power and water. Host kept us informed and was easy to communicate with.
