What an awesome location just tucked away from the village sqaure of Rincon, it was perfect for me as a cyclist as I have my bicycle down here and I was able to experience all of the coastline stretching down the old railroad way, saw so many great beaches just minutes away by bicycle! Really great rental! Thanks so much!

Nice, tidy house. Very comfortable for couples. Located in a nice, convenient area. Great communication with owner. The only thing I might say need fixing/repair is the shower knob to turn on water and water adjustment, water either gets steaming hot or cold, no in between.

Great place to stay

The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time.

Great spot!

Place was perfect! Place is fully furnished and applianced. Has all the beach gear: chairs, towels, sunblock, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Very clean. Jacuzzi with crystal clear water. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Ernie responded to all my messages, within just a few minutes. Thursday night art walk in Rincon is spectaculiar!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our 3 week stay. The cottage kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill on the patio. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. Easy access to all the beach fun in town. We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Was a great getaway.

Incredible property

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in rincon. About a 5-10 min drive to the center. The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesn’t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. It was late at night and he stayed on the phone with us until we walked through the front door. What an incredible and caring host. We will absolutely be back.

Amazing Experience!

My partner and I stayed at Ernie’s place for a long weekend and it was ideal. Close enough to all the spots in Rincon in a quiet neighborhood. The property was spectacular. Super clean, beautiful, and squeaky clean. Ernie was extremely timely in his responses and was generous enough to let us borrow some beach gear beyond our checkout time. We got engaged during the trip as the cherry on top. Would gladly stay here again!

This was our second time staying at one of Ernie's properties. We cant say enough great things about our stay. This is a delightful little house/cottage. Full kitchen & bathroom. Quaint living room and large king bedroom. Fully stocked & with many furnishings, extra towels, bedding & toiletries. There is a really cool little hot tub for a late afternoon soak. He supplies beach chairs, cooler, umbrella & snorkels for fun days at the local beaches. You can literally walk down the block to playa corcega. We would book this place or his other place again in a heartbeat. Way better than your local hotel. Thank you 1000x Ernie & your beautiful wife for being so accommodating to us on our trip. We will see you next year again for sure!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location and property

This place was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for! Had every amenity imaginable in the kitchen and the rest of the casa was as expected and even better! Ernie was quick to respond to any questions and helpful in every way. AC”s worked great and they needed to because it was hot. Loved the local feel of the area and 510 minute drive to many beaches and we tried most of them. Would highly recommend and will definitely look him up when back in the area!

perfect stay for a couples trip to rincon

house was nicely renovated and clean, great communication with owner, he answered any questions i had and gave great recommendations. house came with plenty of useful things including towels, snorkel, beach chairs etc. expect to get woken up at the crack of dawn from the neighborhood roosters!! they are quite loud but not bad if you’re an early riser. 5 min drive to center of town! great spot !!

We enjoyed our stay…..

House was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean, we had beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag and extra beach towels. We didn’t use it, but there was washer/dryer and a small inflatable hot tub. At first we were not sure of the neighborhood, but found it to be and feel very safe. Puerto Rico has had some very trying times and the island shows it. However we found everyone to be friendly and inviting and we never felt not safe. We would certainly stay here again and suggest you do too.

Fun little beach house

Ernie’s place is very nice. Its a perfect get away for a couple looking for something instead of a hotel. Has a full kitchen huge bedroom and a modest living room. Also has an inflatable hot tub - which is nice after a day of surfing. Only real negative is the neighbors have chickens and roosters. So, expect a 6am farmer’s alarm clock (enda around 6:30). But with some white noise, not a deal breaker.

Great Property!

We absolutely loved the place. So many small details and personal touches. The unit was fully furnished with every thing required for a wonderful beach vacation. We would stay here again!
