Ár - érték aránynak megfelelő

Közepes minőségi szállás, de nagyon közel van a parthoz .A szobák tiszták és a reggeli is jó volt.A wifi nem fogható a szobában csak a közösségi helyiségekben. A TV nem működött, igaz , nem is azért mentünk,hogy TV nézzünk, így nem zavart !!

3 STELLE O OSTELLO DEGLI ORRORI? MA UN GIRETTO L'A

Soggiorno aberrante sotto qualsiasi punto di vista...meglio dormire in spiaggia 1- Personale incompetente: non sapeva nemmeno calcolare la tassa di soggiorno 2- WiFi accessibile solo dalla hall e ovviamente non presente in tutta la struttura (ma questo è il minor dei problemi) 3- puzza di fumo perenne in tutto l'ingresso 4- Camere degne di una colonia abbandonata negli anni 20: intonaci che cadono a pezzi, fili dei citofoni a vista e rotti, infissi improponibili 5- TV presente nella descrizione dell'hotel ... triste realtà ...solo un cavo presente in camera, della TV nessuna traccia...Siamo nel 2016!!!!!!! 6- Biancheria (forse) cambiata ogni 4 giorni...per fortuna sono rimasta solo 3 gg 7- ventilatore a soffitto di diametro massimo 40 cm che girava alla velocità di 1 giro al minuto ..ovviamente inutile. 8- bagno perennemente allagato dall'acqua della doccia che usciva da qualsiasi punto. Mi fermerò qui per non dedicare altro tempo, ma inviterei i signori dell'ASL ad organizzare una gitarella qui.... STATE ALLA LARGA!!!!

Vista mare, ma coperta

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni in questo hotel. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere anche se pulite presentavano alcune pecche: la luce principale era fulminata, in bagno c'erano alcuni buchi nella porta e mancava un coprilume. L'hotel non si puó dire che sia silenzioso. Si sentiva a qualsiasi ora lo sbattere di porte ed essendo molto vicino alla via principale (positivo per fare delle passeggiate) alla sera e alla notte c'era sempre rumore di traffico e musica. Per quanto riguarda la colazione era abbastanza fornita e variegata. Cosa molto positiva era la vicinanza al mare e all'arrivo ci hanno consegnato un buono per un ristorante sulla spiaggia. Grazie all'offerta su expedia siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Проживали в этом отеле в июне 2016 года 6 ночей. Что касается номера, то он действительно очень маленький, но в нем есть все необходимое, а именно: кровати, стол, телевизор, тумбочки, стул. Также есть свой санузел (вполне нормальный) и большой балкон со столом и стульями. Завтрак в отеле вроде бы и не плохой для Италии, но все ужасно несвежее. Кофе и сок пить невозможно, благо был чай в пакетах и минеральная вода. Сам отель находиться достаточно далеко от центра, на 28 остановке 11 автобуса. В целом жить можно, т.к. прочитав отзывы ожидала худшего. Но видела русских туристов, которые были в шоке и искали себе новый отель.

Okay budget hotel

Not exactly charming but good for the price, and with breakfast included it was a bargain. Very close to the beach. Rooms are basic but okay. Forget about the 'sea-view', what you can see of the sea hardly counts. The car park - basically a line of cars squeezed right round the hotel - was full. We got lucky and parked on the street nearby, but in anything like high season parking is going to be difficult, especially if you arrive late.

posto auto insufficiente per l' hotel ho dovuto dannarmi per cercare un posto nel quartiere. Definire l' hotel sciatto é fare un complimento la cosa peggiore oltre alla trascuratezza é stata la sporcizia nelle camere, muri sporchi e degradati lenzuola e asciugamani con aloni; ho dormito vestito e ho evitato di fare colazione il giorno successivo. Non capisco come una bettola del genere possa essere un tre stelle. MAI PIu', statene alla larga!!!!!!

la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità del personale tutto, nonchè del direttore fanno apprezzare il soggiorno al " TELSTAR". Camera comoda e pulita. Bagno ed acqua calda in linea con la camera. Sono partito alle 06,40 e, nonostante l' ora il portiere mi ha fornito una calda ed abbondante colazione.

106! NON ENTRATE IN QUELLA CAMERA

alla fine di 15 giorni passati stupendamente in appartamento per restare in zona un giorno in più mi sono imbattuto in questa struttura a 3 stelle ?! Arrivo ore 11.00 ci negano il check in quanto avrebbero cominciato dalle 12.00 decidiamo di andare in spiaggia e torniamo intorno alle ore 17.30 entriamo in una camera fatiscente con muri scrostati arredamento datato e rovinato bagno con piastrelle rotte sanitari malconci se ti lavi le mani nel lavandino nello stesso tempo ti lavi i piedi perchè il sifone perde allagando tutto il bagno sprovvisto di finestra e con aspiratore non funzionante. Sul soffitto della camera un ventilatore che gira sempre perchè il tasto dove fermarlo è rotto se hai freddo ti arrangi la porta finestra che da sul balcone con ringhiere arrugginite ha la corda ma non ha la tapparella,la televisione è un 14 pollici del vecchio tipo senza digitale terrestre e senza telecomando attaccata ad una presa dove non arriva corrente (usata come soprammobile)fatto presente alla reception insieme al fatto che non abbiamo trovato asciugamani. Risposta:alle 19.00 arriva il tecnico della manutenzione (lo stiamo ancora aspettando!)

Nicht zu Empfehlen! Ich rate ab davon!

Zimmer wurde gereinigt aber nur das aller nötigste, Bettlacken wurden 3 Nächte die selben verwendet! Boden wurde nie gewischt! Zimmer sind sehr Laut und hellhörig, lärm bis Morgen um 2 UHR, und um 6 Uhr fängts schon wieder an! Keine Klima Anlage, war sehr warm! Frühstück nur sehr kleine Auswahl, die man am 2. Morgen nicht mehr möchte!

Posizione buonissima, anche parcheggio (non ampio). Manca l'aria condizionata, ventola presente scarsa, ma c'è un bel balcone, ma l'esterno è da ristrutturare. Spazio sufficiente bagno sufficiente, manca il ricambio degli asciugamani. Personale gentile e disponibile. Gli accessori (tavolini, sedie , appendini ecc... )bisogna richiederli al personale. Ideale per chi si accontenta, prezzo contenuto.

Le persiane erano rotte, la porta di ingresso anche, l'aria condizionata non c'era e il ventilatore non funzionava. Stabilimento vecchio. L'unica cosa positiva era il bagno (anche se la porta era rotta) e il balcone. Per il prezzo pagato era accettabile. Di più non avrei pagato per un albergo così scarso.
