Misleading, old, run down

Staff was friendly. However, hotel was unacceptable. Room was very small, air conditioning was so bad it was as if it didn’t exist, bed cover smelled of men’s aftershave. My friends room smelled of cigarettes and had crickets in the room. We left after checking in and paying. €150 fee to cancel the stay. Old, horrible.

Disappointing

Air conditioning did not work properly. Shower did not drain properly. Wall outlets not working. Very disappointing stay. Uncomfortable for 4 people. Morning reception lady was nice. Afternoon reception lady seemed confused. Nighttime guy was ok.
