「This place is a total gem, so close to DC and yet it feels like you're deep in the forest. My only regret is that we didn't have an extra day to float the river down to the State Park; I'm sure we could hire someone in town to help bring the boat back to the property. The morning songs of the birds was worth the price all on its own!This was my first experience with a tiny house, but it was well designed and had everything we needed. 「Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house...
