From the living area, direct access leads to a 19 m2 balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and offering beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the bay. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own private access to a second balcony.
