Step out the door into the neighbourhood and enjoy some fine local dining, or explore Old Riga’s historic, cobbled streets and centuries-old buildings with their jumble of styles.

This stylish apartment includes a kitchen area with basic cooking equipment (stovetop, fridge with a small freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots, oil, salt, pepper), bathroom with a shower, queen size bed and a dining table. There is Wi-Fi and a SMART TV (no cable TV, you can use streaming services like Netflix, YouTube and others).

Apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The medieval Riga Dome Square is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is nearby and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques and electronics stores, all right here within Old Riga.

Most of the tourist attraction spots are reachable by foot, but if you want to experience other parts of Riga, tram station is within a few minute walk, and if you want to head out of Riga to explore other places in Latvia, bus station and train station is just 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Be aware that the apartment is located in the middle of Old Town, which is quite lively during the restaurant/bar season, so some noise from the street is to be expected during the weekends.
