• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Nearest garage: Europark Jēkaba Arkāde, Z. A. Meierovica bulvāris 8 (approx. 7 min walk), open 24/7 – approx. €3.60 per hour, €25 per 24 hours, €199 for 28 days (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app or at the machine. Old Town street parking (city zone R): €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00.
