Riesenrad am See

The room was a small cell! The hair dryer was a toy. The mini refrigerator was on an angle since the cord couldn’t reach the wall otherwise. But the biggest issue was the A/C didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably hot— and although the window opened it was really really noisy outside late into the night.

The staff were welcoming , breakfast is good , clean room but in the middle of the night when o went to use the toilet, there's a bug crawling on the floor I just have to kill it ,

I checked in 23PM on dated 30 of September and literally open the door and room was extremely burning because heating I tried many times to contact reception as it was closed and all night I leaft gallery door open and couldn’t sleep because of heating morning time went to reception complain about it and didn’t took any notice and that’s all and my child all night was crying and nearby no amenities were available absolutely waisted my money
