"We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets...

"Self-catering accommodation was clean, very tidy, nicely laid out and all of items that we were advised of were there to use. During day the windows gave plenty of natural lighting.The bathroom was a bit on the small side, internal house doors were a bit noisy closing, dishwasher was a bit old and small. The crockery trays were not easily slid in and out.During our week one of the RCB breakers in the RCB box sensed an abnormal current flow and clicked off.We did a manual reset of the breaker and...

"From being met by our host at the door before we even rang the bell to when we left this was the perfect last stop on our trip. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. Staying here made the end of our travels as pleasant and easy as possible."

"Ferienhaus ist sehr komplett ausgestattet. Check in war mit Hilfe der Nachbarin problemlos. Ferienwohnung tadellos sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Objekt liegt auf einer Campingplatz ähnlichen Anlage (die anderen 49 Häuser scheinen von Einheimischen dauerbewohnt zu sein). Hätte man das zuvor gewusst, wäre die Anfahrt leichter gewesen. "Wir hatten mit unserer Großfamilie von 1-65 Jahren wunderbare 2 Tage in Kleineicholzheim. Das Haus ist gemütlich und sauber, hat alles, was man braucht und die Terasse mit großem Garten ist ein Highlight!"

Die Sauna war ein Traum und hat uns nach unseren langen Wanderungen sehr gut getan. Auch die schöne große Terrasse haben wir Abends gerne genutzt. "Beautiful place that was plenty of room for my family of 6. The beauty of Germany surrounded us in each direction as we walked around outside the property. Walking distance to the grocery store, bank, Biergarten and pharmacy is a huge convenience. Silvia was an excellent host and more than accomodating and very kind. We will stay here each time we visit family in the Lengfurt area. Highly recommend. Also, parking with room for two cars in the driveway in front of the house was a huge plus. "

"I walk with crutches and although the receptionist told me their their website states there is no lift I did not notice this fact on the website. Our room was on the second floor the receptionist did not even apologise that I would have difficultly getting to our room."

We arrived various hours prior to check in (just to see if they would hold our luggage) and they did everything possible and prepared our room. The location is great, walking distance of various local restaurants and a top rated beer garden all surrounded by the river. My family really enjoyed the stay."

"We stayed here on our way to Austria from The Netherlands, and it could not be more convenient. It's very close to the motorway, without the consequence of hearing the cars (it's just far away enough). They're very pet friendly, our dog was welcome during both dinner and breakfast which is a big plus. While we were eating, the supercharger on the parking was filling up our car, which is a great combo. We could leave with a filled stomach and electric car without a hassle, and that for a very decent price. Definitely recommend!"
