Breakfast and staff were great, the open bathroom style in the rooms will make family stays awkward. Not sure who likes a view into the toilet from the bed

Other than the early housekeeping visit at 815 AM it's a good visit. Not sure if the breakfast buffet is worth $25 but it is what it is.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, especially the restaurant team and other front desk personnel. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by one female front desk employee who made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived early with our infant son.
While the property has a lot to offer, guest service starts at the front desk, and this interaction significantly impacted our overall impression. Because of this experience, I do not believe we would return.
