We had a very nice stay at this house. Although somewhat outdated, the house was clean and very roomy. Great location. Easy check in and out. There was four of us staying at the house, two couples, but it could easily have accommodated more. I live in Massachusetts and my daughter moved to Richmond, and I would definitely stay here again when we are visiting.

The house is so cute and worked perfectly for our family. We had a small issue with the dryer and the host came to the house that morning to address it. Communication was excellent, parking is available in front and back. The neighborhood was nice. We were close to a lot of things. I would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Such a comfortable home to base operations out of for our long weekend in Richmond. Plenty of room to spread out, a kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could need, comfortable seating, a back deck on which to enjoy a grilled hamburger - it was a great time in a great house. This was our third time staying at the Grace Escape, and I'm sure we'll stay there again.
