The side outer doors didn’t work on the side we were coming in and neither did the elevator. I stay every year for VSU Homecoming and it always seems to be one or the other. It’s familiar and close so I’ll be checking in again this year.

Amazing customer service. We had a problem with our reservation and the front clerk was so kind and patient in helping us figure it out. The place was clean, we really enjoyed the free full breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Our check in was smooth, the room was spotless, beds comfy, 5 mins from base. 10/10! The breakfast was so good and the young lady who prepared it was so kind, and loved seeing her smile. While my son is stationed here this will most definitely be my repeat booking!!

Clean and comfortable stay with a great breakfast!

We booked a one-night stay so we wouldn't have to drive home to Richmond after catching a show at the Beacon Theater. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also unexpectedly delicious with a lot of options. We will consider staying there again for our next trip!
