Everything was perfect. The house is absolutely adorable. We had everything we needed to even bake special Halloween treats for the grandkids. The house is spotless inside and out. The backyard firepit is also a great feature to this home. We loved our stay and will be back.

Great place for a family

Spent a week in Richmond and this was a great hub for our trip. Centrally located to downtown and the west end. Very clean, check in and check out process was super easy.

Cute house!

The house was very clean, cute, and had everything you could need. I really liked the fact that it had bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful back yard! Quiet neighborhood, close to lots of stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stayed here with a group of 6 and the house was very comfortable for us. The house was well stocked and everything was very clean. The location was great and there was enough room to park our 3 cars in the driveway comfortably.

Cute house in a great location

This house is very cute and in a great location. Four nice size bedrooms and everyone in my family said the beds were great! We held Christmas here and there was plenty of room. Will check availability of this home for our next trip to RVA.

The house was great! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We came in town for a wedding, and we were never further than 20 minutes away from anything (including the airport). Would recommend this place anyone & would stay again.

The house was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. Better toilet paper, lids for pans and a larger sheet pan. The host was very responsive when needed even at 9:30 at night. My daughters and granddaughter had a great time on our annual girls trip

Richmond weekend

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. Everything was clean, bathrooms were updated and helpful to have a washer and dryer. We would be very happy to return to this property!

Amazing quiet property a short distance away from amenities and the city center

Nice, clean property with everything needed. We really enjoyed the proximity to anything we needed while still being in a quiet area. We were in town for a wedding nearby and it was absolutely great to have a few immediate family members and spouses stay with us instead of renting individual hotel rooms. Hope to come back some day!

Wonderful house

6 college friends, enjoying a weekend of shopping and sight-seeing at the river... house was perfect. We did use the firepit as well, which made this extraordinary house even more special. Hope to have an occasion to return here.

Nice home - as advertised and clean.

We were in town for the Richmond Marathon. A group of 5 adults and two little ones. House was clean and well decorated. Backyard was nice. Communication with the host was great. He allowed us an early check-in to accommodate a toddler nap time.

Perfect for a long weekend

We stayed at the house for a long weekend for our son’s lacrosse game at The University of Richmond. The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. The fire pit in the back was a nice plus and we really liked the lights above it. The house was close to many stores and an easy ride to other locations in Richmond.

Richmond Gem.

A group of us went down to play at an annual volleyball tournament in Richmond and were fortunate enough to stay at the Cozy Cape Cod Home. It was perfect for us. Very easy to access and an incredibly convenient location for our tournament. The house was very clean, well decorated, and generously stocked with a few consumable provisions. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit and sitting area out back, but we would like to on a return visit. Carlos was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and during our stay. Our team is looking to rebook again for next year as we would absolutely like to stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay for a group of friends and my infant for a conference weekend. Good location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our conference was at U of R which was a quick trip too. Rooms large enough for a pack n play for my baby that I brought with me. Very clean, nice sheets and towels provided. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was on the listing it checked hot tub but there is not a hot tub. I mentioned this to owner and he said he would correct listing. There is a lovely back yard area with fire pit. Overall a wonderful stay.

The CozyCape COD

We came to Richmond for my friends 70 and over Senior Softball Tournament . The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We were able to cook our meals and had everything we needed in the Kitchen. The only thing ,we had more than 3 cars for the driveway and did not know you could not park on the street. There were no signs. We had 4 cars from 4 different areas staying at the house. We would definitely stay again, but would make that adjustment for parking our cars. Clean & useful stay

Would totally rent again! Adorable & functional cottage. The 4 bedrooms were clean and furnished enough. Bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. Bathrooms were stocked and lovely - very up to date. Wifi was accessible and provided steady access. Living and dining rooms functioned as expected. We felt safe staying there. The general area looks a little rough in patches but I am from Richmond myself and know that area to be fine safety-wise. The back yard is endearing - wish we had time to be out there more! All appliances were very clean and worked great. It's a quick drive to lots of fun restaurants. We were able to fit 5 vehicles in the parking. The street was not busy. At night, there were a few very loud cars that went by - the kind that are obnoxiously loud. There are large floor fans in the upstairs rooms so I used that the 2nd night and slept through any car noises. The guests sleeping in the downstairs rooms weren't woken up by the cars. Communication with manager/owner was quick.
