The backyard is available for quiet enjoyment, outdoor dining, and relaxing by the fire pit. Please note that this is a residential neighborhood, and parties, events, loud music, or large gatherings are not allowed.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is a great fit for families, professionals, and small groups looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.



You’ll be close to everyday essentials, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and major roads for easy access around Richmond. The neighborhood offers a calm home base while still being convenient to popular Richmond areas, local parks, shopping, and dining.



Because this is a residential area, we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and quiet hours.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy by car, with convenient access to major roads and highways for exploring Richmond and the surrounding areas.



Guests have access to rear/off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Free street parking is also available in front of the home and is usually easy to find.



A car is recommended for the most convenient stay, but guests may also find nearby GRTC bus access. Richmond’s GRTC bus system currently offers fare-free service, making it a helpful option for getting around the city.



Approximate drive times:

★ 2 minutes to Willow Lawn

★ About 10 minutes to the Museum District, The Fan, Carytown, and Scott’s Addition

★ About 15 minutes to Downtown Richmond

★ About 25 minutes to Richmond International Airport



The home is also conveniently located near everyday essentials, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and grocery stores.

We do not accept local bookings or reservations from new accounts without prior communication and approval.



🐶 Pets

Dogs are welcome with approval, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Sorry, no cats. Please include pets in your reservation request and let us know the breed/size before booking.



Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs immediately, including picking up all dog waste from the yard. Please do not leave any pet waste in the backyard.

🔇 Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, so parties, events, loud music, and large gatherings are not allowed.



👥 Guests and visitors

Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed to exceed the home’s maximum occupancy at any time. Please make sure the total number of people on the property matches your reservation and stays within the approved guest limit.



🚭 No smoking

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any smoking inside the home may result in an additional cleaning and odor-removal fee of up to $500.



🚗 Parking

Free rear/off-street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Free street parking is also available in front of the home and is usually easy to find.



🧳 Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We follow our cancellation policy and do not make exceptions for weather, illness, travel delays, schedule changes, family matters, or other personal circumstances.
