「直前に到着予定時刻をエクスペディアのサイトのメッセージ機能を使って送っていましたが、到着時にドアが閉まっており呼び鈴もなく電話をしても応答がなく一瞬途方にくれました。」

「Great location easy off road parking which is free from 5pm to 9am and all day Sunday. Great host easy assess no thing was any trouble」

「Great people, great room, great food, the photos on hotels.com are old and the room is much nicer. There is no food Sunday evening but they let us order a takeout and eat in the pub which was really nice of them… would go again」

「Lovely location in the heart of Pateley Bridge with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. The car park adjacent to property is a public car park so can be a bit hit and miss if you get a spot but there are other options close by. Highly recommend」

「Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent.
