「Parking was spacious. Large bedroom and huge bed. Breakfast selection brought to the room in the morning was reasonable. Low sugar option would be nice and a small table to eat at rather than one eating on the bed as there was only one chair. Be aware of tiny steps in the corridor, my husband didn't see one when checking in and carrying luggage and broke his thumb. There can be some noise from the bar below. Also, on a main road so a large amount of fast moving, noisy traffic. Double glazing...

「Great location, good size all round, good shower, well equipped kitchen (inc. washing machine & detergent), comfortable, quiet, parking great, good value for money.」

「Food was excellent and was in a very scenic part of North yorkshire」

「I found the Buck Inn to be adequate and comfortable for my overnight stay. The pub is old and in need of renovation, the staff were outstanding and friendly. The bed was comfortable and all linen clean. The all English breakfast was very good, well done.」

「The hotel was out in the countryside with excellent views over the moors. It was very clean and well cared for. Car parking was good. The room size, bed size, etc was great. One small problem - the room lighting was not very bright during the night time. The food was excellent and the staff were great. It was also a great place for walkers with great access to the countryside. I would recommend it.」

「The lodge was spotlessly clean, cosy, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life.We especially loved the comfortable furnishings, the attention to detail throughout the lodge, which made it feel like a real home from home. The location was ideal for exploring the local villages, countryside walks, and all that the area has to offer.」

「Lovely place. This is a rustic place in the middle of nowhere and is fantastic! Worth all the travel. Staff were amazing. Food was superb. I had the giant Yorkshire pudding with beef bourginon. My room was lovely and the bed comfortable. A very welcoming place even for a single traveller like me. I’m definitely going back at some point! Brilliant」

「Really comfortable and big enough that my whole family could sleep comfortably.」
