「We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. 「We found the property owners really put a lot of thought into the amenities and went above and beyond what we expected. The house was very clean and located close to downtown yet slightly on the outskirt, so we had quiet places to walk our dog. The outside of the house could use an update, but overall we would recommend it and would stay there again.」
