We never actually got to stay. The host would not respond to me regarding check-in and I finally contacted Vrbo. They had a hard time contacting the host only to finally get an answer that the peoperty was not available! I had the reservation for over a month and had no contact until AFTER check-in time! I would give negative stars for this host!Vrbo did the right thing and refunded my money and paid the difference for a replacement. This was my first experience with Vrbo!

Host was very accommodating! We had a small language miscommunication that was handled in time before our stay. Check in/out was very easy, even had enough room to leave a 32ft trailer hooked up to a truck for a couple nights we needed to pull up there for the weekend.Had enough towels for 5 adults to use for 3 days without needing to wash any. There is a washer/dryer and detergent to use if staying longer. Dish soap and sponge also supplied as needed. Quality beds, bedding and towels go a long way for me and they surpassed what I expected.House is VERY cute, has a small coffee bar with mugs and dishes/silverware/cups for use. No creamer but there was sugar. Microwave was damaged before our visit; host offered to have one brought in at any point during our visit, but we did not need one. There is NO STOVE for anyone who needs one during a stay, however we did not need it either.I would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. We're usually up in this area about once a year for a World Finals race in Ennis.

Cozy country stay

This guest home is situated on several acres off of a dirt road. There is an gate that encloses the property. This house is situated with another residence on the property with 2 friendly dogs. Could hardly hear a train in the distance and was not disturbed. The weekend country gunfire wasn't great, but luckily stopped by 11pm. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and bed had several fitted sheets upon stripping.

Great property and host.

We highly recommend this properly if you are looking for a cozy and relaxed place in Ennis, TX.The host (Mirian) was great, and always available for any questions we had.We enjoyed our stay!

Host canceled the day before

We were already on our way when I messaged the host on the platform to ask about check in details, access codes etc. The host replied that we can no longer stay there and that i should contact Vrbo for my refund. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay even though I had booked this week's so.

Motorcycle trip was a success

The secluded location behind a locked gate gave us peace of mind leaving our motorcycles outside. Check in communications were slow but once we got in, everything was as advertised. House was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. I would stay here again.

FILTHY!!!!

We drove over 15 hours and we arrived in the early morning hours (around 2:30 am) to a FILTHY house. Showers and bedding had hair all over, poop in the toilets, floors were not clean (not swept, mopped, or vacuumed). We had to get a hotel at 3 in the morning in a town we had never been to because of the condition of the house. Then had to find a different place to stay the rest of our trip. I don’t think this place deserves ANY stars!!!!!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this BNB! Would definitely use it again next year for our car show trip. The owners were responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. I put 4 stars on the accuracy of online listing, only because we were not aware there wasn’t an oven. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and peaceful. Lots of outside seating and a beautiful porch. I would recommend this little BNB!
