Personale gentile e tutto ha funzionato bene. Vorrei fare un particolare complimento al portiere di notte che di fronte a una situazione particolare si è messo in gioco anche personalmente per aiutarci e ci ha prestato la sua bicicletta privata. Non è scontato trovare una persona che va così oltre a quanto richiesto dalla sua funzione per aiutare i clienti! Grazie di ❤️, non ci dimenticheremo e torneremo sicuramente!

Più che un cavallino è un ronzino...la struttura è davvero datata e necessita di un rinnovamento su tutti i fronti La camera era spaziosa, ma materasso e cuscini scomodissimi. La situazione del bagno...indecorosa....l'anta scorrevole della doccia traballante con le guarnizioni staccate, muffa tra le fughe del mosaico del piano doccia, una sedia da giardino come porta-asciugamani, il termoarredo funzionava a singhiozzo...una vera tristezza. L'unica cosa che salvo è la posizione, davvero centralissima rispetto alla zona di passeggio di Riccione

Soggiorno piacevole in un ambiente pulito PERO'...

L'albergo è pulitissimo e ordinato. Gli spazi ampi e confortevoli. Il riscaldamento funziona bene. La tv perfetta. Il personale gentilissimo. La colazione tutto sommato accettabile (non vi aspettate banchetti regali ma c'è cibo di sufficiente varietà e qualità). E' nel centro di Riccione, vicinissimo a tutto, stazione compresa. Ristoranti nella zona di ottima qualità. C'è un PERO' grosso quanto una casa che mi fa, ahimè, abbassare in modo drastico il voto della recensione: IL WIFI. Oggi come oggi è IMPENSABILE non offrire una connessione DECENTE ai propri ospiti. In questo albergo sono ritornato a circa 15-20 anni fa quando le connessioni wifi le offrivano in pochi e ti dovevi accontentare di riuscire al massimo a leggere una mail. Sono stato praticamente sempre attaccato al wifi del mio smartphone consumando tutti i giga a disposizione perché il WIFI dell'albergo andava a una velocità scandalosa... ho effettuato un test per valutare la qualità della connessione e a volte il computer si "rifiutava" di portarlo a termine tale era la latenza e la scarsità di comunicazione con il router. Non capisco il perché di questa cosa ma credo sia un limite veramente grosso. Con i dispositivi che esistono ora ci si può portare il lavoro dietro ma se poi si finisce in un albergo con una lacuna del genere praticamente si vive per tre giorni fuori dal mondo. Quando parlo di wifi indecente intendo proprio che per caricare una pagina web ci si impiega un minuto e mezzo. Skygo e Netflix? Ahahah
