Decepção

Travesseiros muito duros e altos, passei a primeira noite sem conseguir dormir. Sugiro ter opções de travesseiros mais altos e mais baixos e mais firmes e mais fofos, para que todos os tipos de hóspedes. Ducha higiênica do banheiro estava quebrada, vazando muita água, sem condições de uso. E isso porque era um quarto adaptado para idoso e pessoas com deficiências. Muito mal cuidado. Viajei com meu pai idoso e precisava dessas funcionalidades.

Pontos positivos: Ótima localização, boa segurança, por ser dentro do shopping vc faz tudo a pé, refeições, compras e lazer. Limpeza do local muito boa. Pontos de melhoria: Check-in lento, boxe do banheiro é minúsculo, o cheiro do esgoto estava bem forte, ducha higiênica não funcionava, estacionamento da empresa terceirizada é rápida, porém seu carro fica em local descoberto. Elevador é bem pequeno.
