O hotel e os quartos estavam muito limpos. Os atendentes foram todos muito simpáticos, dispostos a ajudar e bem humorados. A cozinha estava bem equipada, com alimentos frescos e saborosos, um café da manhã 5 estrelas. Recomendo tranquilamente a estadia neste hotel.

Não vale o preço que cobram. Hospedagem cara para um hotel simples. Anunciam o melhor café da manhã da região e faltam opções básicas de sucos de frutas, frutas frescas, frios e salgados. Muito movimento de prestadores de serviços da região tornam o ambiente barulhento. Faltou respeito aos protocolos sanitários de prevenção da COVID-19. Os kits de higiene pessoal não tinham boa qualidade e não foram fornecidos em quantidade suficiente. O serviço de quarto não trocou a roupa de cama que infelizmente sujou na primeira noite em nenhuma das arrumações. Espero que a gerência entenda as críticas como construtivas para melhorarem a qualidade dos serviços e valerem o preço que cobram.
