"Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to check in at 1pm, but they let the people before us stay past 2pm. I had 6 people on my reservation, the booking said it slept 6 people. It didn’t. It slept 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed, which only sleeps 1. We were already down a bed. Extra linens were requested and never gave. I had to check in at 12am, and when I got into the room, the ceiling was falling in and water was running from the ceiling in multiple spots. The lady at the desk was going to do nothing about it and make us leave because we couldn’t stay. I said I needed a room, she gave me keys to a room that was apparently closed for maintenance, and the room keys didn’t work. I went back down, she gave me new keys, and the keys still didn’t work. Then as I’m going back down again, someone comes out of the room she was trying to give us to move into. Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful. Ended up having to drive all the way to northern Michigan through the night because we had nowhere to stay. This hotel should not be allowed to operate. "

"Poorly staffed. Sheets were dirty with shoe prints and took an hour and a half to get new sheets and then were told there were no more comforters. There was also burn marks on the pillow cases and floor. Not to mention we were not told about the 6-8 police officers standing in front of our door due to some issue. None of my business but I felt that we should have been told prior walking up to our room. Sketchy place overall. Multiple police circling the building all night. Breakfast was very disappointing. Hot food options were chicken and turkey sausage and an omelette with ham, cheese, and veggies. No hot food that was accommodating to vegetarians other than a bagel/toast, potatoes, and oatmeal. Would not recommend!!"

"Other than the pool being unavailable, we had a positive experience. The staff was very communicative and catered to our needs. We would stay here again!"

"Breakfast was good would like to see more Greek yogurt. Such as Fage plain yogurt, however I did enjoy the Chobani Greek yogurt blueberry."

"Nice stay. Night staff lass was amazing. offered a water. Day manager couldn't accommodate my extra night stay in person that morning, so I booked in on Expedia. "

"Our room was outdated and kinda musty smelling like they did a cheap partial update. Way overpriced for what you get. I did love going to the Kohler spa across the street though!!"

"I stopped at almost midnight for a few short hours before continuing on with my 20+ hour drive. The bed was comfortable, shower hot and room clean. As an added bonus the night clerk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was unbelievable considerate. She remembered that I was leaving before 4:00am and was kind enough to have coffee ready for me when I left. Thank you to her for making a not so excellent trip a little bearable."
