Private HOT TUB & SAUNA. Located in a small community 20 minutes from the WINTER wonderland of GovernmentCamp where you can find SkiBowl for a day/night skiing, snowboarding, day tubing and cosmic tubing. Ski Resort at Timberline & Meadows are 30 minutes away. In our community you'll have access to the Sandy river which is only a few minute walk from the house along with small hiking trails. In the SUMMER can enjoy the community pool, river beach, campfire in the woods, nearby lakes and hiking.

●No cooking on the propane firepit. If there will be any traces, there will be an automatic $100 fine. *Will be charged for stains and damage
