Lots of windows bring in the natural sunlight and beauty of the Douglas fir, Western red cedar, vine maple trees, and rustling river, so you and your guests will have no trouble slipping into relaxation mode in no time. Any downtime spent indoors will be a treat, as this home away boasts brand new furnishings, a gas fireplace to cozy up beside, vaulted ceilings, and an open concept floorplan that will lend to easy entertaining. Step outside and you can easily fire up the gas grill or indulge in a soothing soak in the private hot tub by the river's edge. More formal meals can easily be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen as well while everyone reminisces by the warmth of the fire!

Though this wonderful retreat is secluded and private, venturing out to nearby attractions will be a breeze, as Mt Hood Village is four-and-a-half miles away and Rhododendron is eight miles where you will find a plethora of local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. If a hike is on the agenda, the Sandy Ridge Trail System is one-and-a-half miles down the road, and Ramona Falls Trailhead is 10 miles right next to Mount Hood! The skiers of the group will be glad to know that Mt. Hood Skibowl (16 miles) and Timberline Lodge and Ski Area (23 miles) will easily fill days with fresh powder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
