The villa spans 95 m² and is designed for up to six guests, with three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring its own modern bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while two further double bedrooms occupy the upper level. Large windows and clean architectural lines create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The living area provides a relaxed setting with a smart TV and a generous seating space, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Rhodes. A well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and all essential cookware, offering everything needed for effortless home dining.



Stepping outside, the private pool becomes the heart of the villa experience, complemented by a furnished terrace, sunbeds and a dining area set beside a coal BBQ. This tranquil outdoor space allows guests to enjoy warm summer evenings overlooking the garden and pool. The villa also includes a washing machine, safe, soundproofing, mosquito screens and single-unit air conditioning for climate comfort. Free public parking is available nearby without reservation, and guests may request airport transfers or car hire for an additional charge.



The complex is situated close to the beach, with Ixia’s shoreline, coastal paths and charming tavernas within easy reach, while the captivating medieval city of Rhodes lies only a short drive away. Families are welcomed, with cots available on request at no extra cost. A mandatory damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable on arrival and refunded within seven days of checkout following a satisfactory inspection. Optional services such as shuttle arrangements incur extra charges, and no staff services are provided within the villa itself. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00, smoking and parties are not permitted, and check-in is restricted to guests aged 25 and above.
