気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Bitterly disappointed with the lack of communication. Understand that priorities would have been with dealing with the wildfires that we’re getting close to this villa, however two days before travelling were told via Expedia that they were not able to accept us at the property and to contact them the day before we travelled. They could not be reached via phone or emails. Have tried several emails since and still no contact. Chasing refund, I understand it was outside of everyone’s control, but where is our refund? They confirmed they wasn’t able to accept guests!!
