A great hotel. Fabulous location! Friendly staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool closed at 6 pm

Pleasant hotel in the new town within walking distance of all the sights and beaches. Decent pool but limited sunbeds and shades, probably because the sun doesn't shine over the whole pool area in October so much of it remains in shade all day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel for an overnight staying. Friendly staff, nice restaurant with decent food. Reception and restaurant area looks modern, but room is bit out dated. Good location, as it is walkable distance from Rhodes old town & Elli Beach. It can be noisy though as it is located in a busy road.

Warm People, Great Food, Central Location

Relaxing, clean and truly welcoming! A comfortable and very clean hotel with excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, warm and always smiling — exactly how Greek hospitality should be! The breakfast buffet was rich and suited all tastes, while the dinner buffet was also a great option at just €18. There’s a lovely pool area for relaxing, and the location is perfect — right in the center of Rhodes. Totally worth it. Highly recommended!

We arrived at the hotel and promptly got told that our room isn’t available due to the weather. There had been a thunderstorm as we landed, however why was it only our room that was affected? We got moved to a different hotel. Disappointed as we obviously booked that hotel because we wanted to stay there.

Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Room was spacious. Convenient to walk to water or town. Pool was a good size. Construction noise from next door is a downside. We couldn’t use the balcony since pigeons made a terrible mess on the chairs and balcony: they slept at night on top of the AC unit above our balcony. Pillows were very firm.

Average stay

We checked in on a Wednesday at around 6 pm. Bathroom was not clean. We asked for a cleaning lady but at the reception desk we were only informed that there was no cleaning lady at that time and there was nothing they could do!!! And they call themselves a "boutique hotel". We then decided to take a look at the swimming pool... The pool area was dirty, with coffee spilt on the floor, cats sitting on the sunbeds, and trash inside the pool. Location is central and everything within walking distance. An average stay in general.

Good food and polite friendly staff. Room service was non existent, we had to constantly ask for clean towels and fresh toilet roll. We only stayed 4 days but would expect a room clean and towel swap at least once. The room didn’t have enough beds and towels despite the booking saying 4 People. This was sorted out but a sign of things to come. The air con unit back siphoned into the room due to the condensing hose been placed in a plastic bottle instead of being piped up correctly. It may seem trivial but the leak was over a case full of clean clothes we then had to dry out.

Colazione ok, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Otel konum olarak cok iyi, fakat yakinlarda bulunan barlar yuzunden ses hassasiyeti olanlar zorlanır.
