「It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of the old town and is a beautifully renovated house with a medieval atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. 「Overall a really nice place in new town, close to the water and old town. Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). We informed the staff about 3 & 4, but they didn’t...

「サービス品質という点では満足できる滞在でしたが、「高級ホテル」とうたわれるほどには高級ではないホテルでした。部屋は狭く、到着した日はベッドサイドのランプも切れている状態で、金庫も使えませんでした。ランプは言えば変えてくれましたが、金庫に関しては最後まで改善されませんでした。また、空港から街までバスで移動する場合、バス停からホテルまで徒歩だとかなり時間がかかり、真夏にスーツケースを持って移動するには不便な立地です。ロドス島新市街の繁華街にはそこそこ近いので、食事等に困ることはないですが、もう少し旧市街に近いホテルのほうがよかったな。と思っています。」

「観光地から少し離れていますが、スーパーも近くにありますしご飯も食べるところがあります。キッチン付きの部屋はいつでも料理ができるように揃っていてしかも大きな冷蔵庫があります。洗濯機もありました。 そして何より中庭の雰囲気が素敵でした。残念なことに今は開いていないですが、がそこで食事ができたらいいなと思いました。 ホテルの方もとても明るく人の良さそうな方でした。」

「We had an incredible stay. Toula and Debi took very good care of us. They put heaters in our room because it was cold when we stayed in January. Toula arranged for transfers to and from airport and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Debi made us a lovely breakfast each morning. Late evening check in was no problem. The quadruple room provided plenty of space. The hotel captures the vibe of the Old City. Great location to explore the Old City. We look forward to coming back.」

「The rooms are big, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect - 5 min from the center of the old town but also quite and safe. But above everything: Panos, the host, made our stay just wonderful. Helped us with whatever we needed, gave recommendations and just let us feel 100% welcome. Thank you for this!」
