Very clean and newly renovated which was excellent. Great spot on a nice lake with great yard and dock. The units next door are fairly close so wasn’t real private or secluded, the only downside.

Little Slice of Heaven!

The Gone Fishing Inn was so warm and cozy during the coldest temperatures of the season. We had plenty of room and appreciated the on-site amenities so that we could stay in for meals or go out. There are plenty of local taverns, restaurants and activities within a short drive. The lake was so close to the Cabin,and we enjoyed walks on the lake, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and the fire pit.We are looking forward to our next stay at Gone Fishing Inn again soon!

Exceptional Stay-

Great lake location. Extremely clean. Quiet. Great internet. Hot, SOFT water. Comfortable beds and all the amentities/appliances you need. Truly an upscale from all other rentals I have been at, and I normally don't go the cheap route. You will enjoy your stay! Book it. No need to worry about being disappointed.

Weekend in heaven

Outstanding location, outstanding cabin (it exceeded our expectations) and outstanding hosts. Due to a dental emergency, we had to cut our visit short. However, we will definitely be back. Having vacationed over thirty years in the Northwoods, this was the nicest get away. Thank you Debbie and Al-looking forward to our return.

A Beautiful Stay in the Northwoods

Our second visit and it was just as lovely as the first! Everything is maintained beautifully. The new dock was a wonderful addition. Deb is flexible and accommodating, and always wanting to make your stay perfect! We will be back again for sure.

Relaxing Week

This was a wonderful getaway for my husband and me. The cottage was immaculate, cozy and having all the kitchenware one could need. Beds were comfortable. There was a nice dock and swimming area. And lastly our hosts, Deb and Al, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Spent Memorial Day weekend at Gone Fishin - The hosts were superb and cabin was beautiful and amazing. One of our best stays at any VRBO yet. The lake was beautiful, neighbors were great and we had a terrific time!

Amazing

Booked this spur of the moment and so glad we did, this property did not disappoint!! Beautiful scenery and very clean updated cabin. Rustic but with all the modern amenities. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again for sure!!!!

What a great place

The cabin looks just like the pictures! Normally that’s not the case from other locations we’ve stayed at. It was beautiful. The hosts Debbie and Al were great and very quick to answer questions. Well deserved 5 star rating.

Best cabin on Lost Lake

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed watching the eagles soar over us everyday, fishing, listening to the birds, watching the deer and enjoying the surrounding areas and lakes. The cabin is so cute inside and out. Beautifully updated, decorated and clean. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful, clean and convenient

We enjoyed our honeymoon at Gone Fish Inn!! Debbie was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The lake is stunning in the morning , the cabin was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the pontoon for a day and had a peaceful day there but also loved it locations when we did our day trips too. We will be back for sure xoxo

We had a wonderful time at Gone Fish Inn!

Our family of 4 and our dog stayed at Gone Fish Inn at the end of August. We rented the pontoon boat from Lost Lake Properties and had a great time fishing and swimming on Lost Lake. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Al and Debbie were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back to stay at Gone Fish Inn again next year!

Beautiful
