Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and unwind in the bathtub after a day out. Washing machine and dryer in the basement are free to use. A spacious inner courtyard offers safe bike parking, perfect for popular cycling routes to Xanten and beyond. Also suited for business travellers and skilled workers on longer assignments. This apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.
