"We rented a villa with private pool. The water in the pool had bad quality due to an error we were told. We could not use the private pool for the whole week and this was a great disappointment for us. We did not receive any compensation. The house was not a 4 star, rather 3 star. One of the bathroom had several defaults: no light og toilet and shower were not functioning well. One of the bedrooms smelled like mould. Beds were old and creaky. Kitchen was poor with ex. "Fabulous swimming pool, lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of space (not overcrowded at all) so it was always easy to get a sunlounger of your choice. Service at lunchtime was very poor though. It took 1.5 hours for 3 caprese salads one day, so we started going out for lunch."
