Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

The Space:
Brand new apartment with an amazing view and located on the main shopping street in Iceland. Small studio with two single beds joined together. You've got a private balcony facing south and access to the balcony facing north with a mountain view and a fantastic spot to see the northern lights.
The apartment features a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop, plus free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Guests can appreciate conveniences like a coffee maker Nespresso and a dining table, flat-screen TV.

Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.

Great Location!

Just enough space and amenities for two to enjoy this centrally located studio apartment. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Perfect quarters for our introduction to the city of Reykjavik!

Far from luxury

Only 2 pillows. Only 2 bath towels and one shared hand towel. No closet of any kind. The only place to hang clothes was a single mount 3-swivel hook on a wall. Entirely inadequate. No response of any kind from the host asking for more pillows and a coat rack.
