Cosy studio apartment in downtown Reykjavik

Our studio apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area only few min walk from the downtown Reykjavik, with all the restaurants and shops that Reykjavik has to offer. Also few min walk from University of Iceland. You can also walk from the apartment to West side of Reykjavik, to Lighthouse Grótta, Ísbúð Vesturbæjar ( best ice cream store in Iceland ), Vesturbæjar Swimming pool and more. University of Iceland is also in walking distance.

Our studio apartment is cosy and spacious. In the living room we have Double bed (140x200cm), TV with streaming services, sitting area and kitchenette with all the basic tools you need. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 200 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
